Chloe x Halle's second album 'Ungodly Hour,' showcases a steep level of maturation from their teen-spirited debut album 'The Kids are Alright.' Highlighting the sister's undeniable talent, and a knack for catchy songwriting. What concludes is a well-executed project fitting for the Beyoncé protégés.

The Bailey sisters, between acting in live-action theater and television sitcoms, are growing up before our eyes. Their growth becomes very evident throughout Ungodly Hour, as the sisters show on several occasions throughout the album that they're more than willing to talk about sex, receiving the occasional explicit picture, and having ta drink or two.

However, what separates this album from other R&B acts are the sister's ability to harmonically dominate a track while still providing relatable 20-something anthems. For every fun-loving track, such as "Tipsy" the multi-talented sisters showcase their vocal prowess on tracks such as "Wonder What She Thinks of Me." Where the two take turns exchanging top-tier vocals riffs.

Chloe x Halle once again put forth a carefully crafted project in "Ungodly Hour," delivering a multilayered R&B gift for fans to enjoy. Chalked with memorable songs, the Bailey sisters have undoubtedly etched their names along with the R&B elites while keeping the public interested to see what comes next.
