I had a chance to interview Justin Hodge, the recently elected Washtenaw County Commissioner representing District 5. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work at the University of Michigan, where he specializes in social policy and government, and is the director of the Political Social Work Continuing Education Program.
