The ladies of my era all remember the Scream Tours, and I can honestly say I attended everyone starting back when I was in middle school. These tours were full of young heartthrob artists such as Lil Bow Wow, the original face of those tours, B2K, Mario, IMX, Pretty Ricky, and more.

Looking back on 2023, I got to experience so many great shows. Around this time last year, there were a couple of great concerts for which I received photo credentials and took beautiful pictures of artists. However, life was life-ing, so I never got around to reviewing the shows.

Kehlani Crash World Tour at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater, on Sept. 10, 2024, with special guests Flo and Anycia. During the first three songs of Kehlani’s set I could tell the fans were in for a good night.

I went to Columbus, OH, to photograph my second arena show. You might remember my first one was Ed Sharron, and I called that journey a different animal.

Last night’s show transported us to Jamaica, and I had a ball on that Island. The night was filled with energetic rhythms, pulsating basslines, and upbeat tempos, which is RIGHT up my alley since I love to move it-move it!

I remember the first time I witnessed 50 Cent live. It was on Eminem’s “Anger Management 3” tour and, to this day, ranks in the top five concerts I’ve ever attended.

Ain’t no party like an old school party, cuz an old school party don’t stop! This was the entire mood of The F.O.R.C.E. concert at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

I love intimate concerts at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheater. It’s right off the Detroit River, and every show at this venue has always been a vibe. 

This was a special show for me. Anyone who knows me, knows two things: I love concerts and I love taking pictures. On this particular night, it was me vs me, professional vs fan.

Last night I attended the “Together Again” tour featuring Janet Jackson (JJ) with Ludacris. This matchup was an odd pairing to go on tour together. Despite that, it was an overall good concert.

I have been to many concerts in my lifetime, and only one word can describe the night at MGM Park Dolby Theater, LEGENDARY.
